1. Customised Workwear Bundles

All of our customised workwear bundles include FREE delivery. The delivery cost is already included in the price of the bundle, so there are no additional shipping fees for these items.

2. Standard Shipping for Other Orders

For all other products, we offer DPD Next Day Delivery at a cost of £10 +VAT.

3. Delivery Areas

We currently only ship to mainland England, Wales, and Scotland. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or international locations at this time.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch Times

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
• Our standard processing time for customised orders is 10 workings days from receipt of payment. After processing, items are shipped using DPD Next Day Delivery. Processing times are an approximation and not guaranteed.
• Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing an order, as we cannot redirect parcels once they’ve been dispatched.

5. Tracking Your Order

All orders are sent via DPD Next Day Service and will require a signature upon delivery. If you have provided an email address and telephone number, you will receive a one hour time slot for delivery on the day.
